From a single oven
What began as one home baker with a single oven and a love of sugar and flour has bloomed into a full kitchen filled with cakes, pastries and sweet treats. The ovens are bigger now, the recipe box is thicker, but the standard for every bake hasn't moved an inch.
We still bake everything in small batches by hand, using real butter and real sugar, and we still refuse to share a recipe that hasn't been tested and tasted in our own kitchen first.

We're a handful of bakers who genuinely love what we do — cakes, candy, bright colours and the smell of pastries rising in the oven. Everyone here has a hand in the dough, no anonymous factories behind us.
